Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the international sales team, ensuring revenue growth across all global markets.
Take P&L ownership of international sales and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans, focusing on high-potential regions and partnerships.
Define and implement sales processes and KPIs to ensure efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build and nurture relationships with key travel agencies, consolidators, and strategic accounts globally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain Client's competitive advantage.
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Represent Client's at international trade fairs, networking events, and B2B exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
