About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned
Vice President of Sales - International Markets to lead global commercial operations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. This is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, and building a high-performing multi-region sales organisation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on commercial leader with strong relationships in the international travel ecosystem, experience managing diverse markets, and the ability to design and execute scalable revenue strategies.
What you will do
- Lead international sales operations across multiple regions, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Take full commercial ownership (including P&L oversight) for global sales performance.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies across key geographies.
- Define sales processes, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive accountability and efficiency.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, wholesalers, and global partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to align commercial strategy with wider business goals.
- Represent the organisation at major global travel events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor regional sales managers to build a cohesive, results-driven commercial team.
- Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to leadership.
- Contribute to annual budgets, pricing strategy, and long-term partnership planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of international B2B sales experience in travel, hospitality, aviation, or distribution-focused industries.
- Proven track record managing multi-region teams and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2B travel ecosystem (wholesalers, OTAs, distribution partners, aggregators, DMCs).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across global markets.
- Experience with digital distribution, APIs/XML connectivity, or online reservation systems is an advantage.
- Fluent Hindi communication is required due to business needs.
