Job Title: Vice President Sales (International Markets)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Office-Based Role + International Travel)

Reports To: Managing Director

A leading global B2B travel technology organization is seeking an exceptional Vice President Sales (International Markets) to spearhead global sales operations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. This is a senior leadership position for a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced B2B sales leader with proven multi-region experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead international sales operations and drive revenue growth across global markets.
  • Own P&L for the International Sales division and ensure quarterly & annual targets are achieved.
  • Develop and implement global market expansion strategies and high-value partnerships.
  • Define and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with global travel agencies, consolidators, B2B partners, and strategic accounts.
  • Analyze market opportunities, competition trends, pricing, and demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and marketing teams to align all commercial initiatives.
  • Represent the company at global travel exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead regional sales heads and country managers.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts, sales reports, and business insights to top management.
  • Contribute to budgeting, pricing strategy, and long-term commercial planning.

Desired Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales (Travel / Hospitality / Distribution technology preferred).
  • Proven record of managing global or multi-regional sales teams with high revenue accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B travel ecosystems (DMCs, wholesalers, global consolidators, OTAs, aggregators).
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments with extensive international travel.
  • Knowledge of XML/API connectivity, digital distribution, and B2B online booking systems is an advantage.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in international B2B sales
  • Strong experience in handling multi-region markets
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high-value revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of B2B travel distribution models
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Valid UAE work permit or visa eligibility
  • Willing to travel across continents frequently
  • Notice Period: Up to 30 days
