Job Summary:
The VP of Operations & Delivery is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end delivery across the organization, ensuring high-quality execution of SaaS products and services. This role oversees cross-functional teams including Software & Product Development, Consulting & Advisory, and Emerging Technologies, driving operational excellence, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Leadership
- Define and execute the operational strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Establish scalable processes, governance frameworks, and KPIs across all delivery functions.
- Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Delivery & Execution
- Own full lifecycle delivery of SaaS products and client solutions (from ideation to deployment and support).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and service delivery models.
3. Software & Product Oversight
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align product roadmap with delivery capabilities.
- Ensure high standards of software quality, performance, and security.
- Drive product release management, CI/CD pipelines, and innovation cycles.
4. Consulting & Advisory Management
- Oversee delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring value realization for clients.
- Standardize methodologies, frameworks, and client engagement models.
- Support pre-sales and solution design with strong delivery input.
5. Emerging Technologies Enablement
- Lead adoption and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Evaluate new solutions and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Build internal capabilities and competencies in advanced technology domains.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12–15+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, or ICT environments.
- Strong background in software delivery, consulting, and operational management.
