My client ar hiring an outstanding individual to lead the people and culture function. You will bring a clear strategic and commercial perspective into the function, ensuring the organization remains a high-performance, values-led culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Strategy & Execution: You will translate company strategy into a comprehensive people strategy. You will own the full people agenda, including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance: You will ensure robust HR infrastructure, systems, and policies are in place.
- Performance Culture: You will evolve our performance philosophy to drive high performance while ensuring fairness. This includes owning the framework for goal-setting/OKRs, feedback, calibration, and promotions.
- You will manage the Employee Value Proposition, ensuring we remain a top-tier destination for talent, while maturing our Employee Experience to ensure our daily culture remains high-trust and high-empathy as we grow.
- Emiritisation: You will lead the strategy for Emiratisation in the business.
