Job Description

The Vice President – Sales is responsible for driving the strategic growth, market expansion,

profitability, and sustainable business development across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia

Pacific regions. The role will lead sales operations, strengthen market presence, optimize

commercial performance, and build high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with the

company's vision, values, and long-term objectives. The position carries full responsibility for

top-line growth, bottom-line performance, P&L management, and execution of regional business

strategies.

Key Requirements

Experience & Background

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Tire Industry, with 5-7 years in a similar senior

leadership role.

• Proven track record managing Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific markets.

• Strong experience in restructuring, scaling, or turnaround of regional markets.

• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, profitability targets, and market

expansion.

• Experience handling distributors, key accounts, and multi-country business

operations.

• Strong understanding of regional regulations, trade compliance, and legal

requirements.
