Vice President Treasury

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Treasury to lead the treasury function within a large, complex organisation. The role will oversee corporate funding, capital structure, liquidity management, financial risk and long-term financial planning, supporting strategic growth and investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead capital structure optimisation, corporate funding and debt financing activities.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and surplus cash investments.
• Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate and liquidity exposures.
• Lead long-term balance sheet planning and funding strategies for major capital investments.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors and credit rating agencies.
• Oversee treasury reporting, governance, compliance and systems.
• Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership and the Board.
• Lead and develop the treasury team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 3–4 years in a comparable senior treasury role.
• Strong background in corporate treasury, capital structuring, funding, liquidity and financial risk management.
• Proven experience securing financing and managing relationships with banks and capital providers.
• Experience in aviation, infrastructure or other large-scale, capital-intensive industries preferred.
• UAE or Middle East market experience advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CTP, CFA, ACT, CPA or CIMA are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
