Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President at WORLD STRONGMAN, located in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work. The Vice President will be responsible for strategic leadership, overseeing key operational processes, providing guidance to senior management, and driving business growth. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing and implementing policies and strategies, and ensuring organizational goals are met effectively while maintaining high standards of integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and team management skills
• Experience in business development, financial planning, and operational management
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the sports and entertainment sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and willingness to collaborate both in-person and remotely
