About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Video Content & Social Media Executive whose primary responsibility is to:

Shoot videos

Edit videos

Post consistently on social media

Maximise views, engagement, and Instagram follower growth

Shoot high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories, walkthroughs, talking-head videos)

• Edit videos with:
• Strong hooks (first 2–3 seconds)
• Subtitles, Transitions, CTAs

Post content consistently on:

• Instagram (primary focus)
• Facebook
• LinkedIn

Plan and manage a content calendar

• Optimise videos for:
• Higher views
• Better reach
• Follower growth

Track performance (views, watch time, engagement, followers)

• Improve content based on analytics and trends
• Repurpose content across platforms
  

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate content or marketing
• Proven experience in shooting + editing + posting Reels
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and trends
• Ability to create performance-driven content (not just aesthetic)
• Comfortable working with founders and on-camera videos
• Experience with tools like:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut
• Canva
