We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas into engaging, fast-paced, and high-quality content that keeps viewers watching until the end.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use editing software. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, shot selection, music, and what makes content perform on social media.

What you will do:

• Edit short-form content for social media platforms, especially Reels and Shorts.
• Create engaging videos for digital campaigns, corporate content, and branded projects.
• Transform creative ideas and raw footage into clear and impactful visual stories.
• Select the right shots, music, transitions, and visual elements to improve viewer retention.
• Work on fast-paced projects within a creative production team.
• Apply feedback and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in social media video editing.
• A strong portfolio that shows your editing style and creative thinking.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.
• Ability to take an idea and develop it into a complete visual piece.
• Strong sense of visual taste and attention to detail.
• Commitment to deadlines and ownership of your work.
• Someone who is proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve — not someone who waits for every step to be explained.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI tools for video creation, enhancement, or creative production.
• Experience creating content for brands and digital campaigns.
• Ability to experiment with new formats and creative approaches.
