About the Role
Finch is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our team in Qatar. You'll edit event coverages, corporate style interview videos, social media content and campaign videos that tell compelling visual stories and amplify brand impact. We're seeking someone with strong creativity, technical skill, and a passion for video.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit event videos, campaign content, and social media videos
- Turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality final edits
- Create platform-optimized videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital campaigns
- Maintain consistency with Finch's creative standards
- Work closely with creative and production teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Execute revisions based on feedback swiftly and accurately
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong storytelling and creative editing skills
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Proficient in color grading
- Experience with events, Corporate videos and social media/campaign video editing
- Keen eye for pacing, sound design, and visual quality
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Qatar
- Portfolio/showreel required
