Role Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-driven Video Editor to join our growing real estate media team. The ideal candidate understands modern content styles, fast-paced editing, storytelling and social-first video production for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta Ads.
Who we are looking for
- Edit high-quality real estate videos for social media, advertisements, and branding campaigns
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, visual effects, and cinematic color grading
- Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, overlays, and branded visual assets
- Experience in editing multi-cam podcasts, property tour & real estate event videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, AI tools, and platform algorithms
- Deliver projects quickly while maintaining premium quality standards
- Organize and manage footage, project files and editing workflows efficiently
What are the requirements
- 3 to 4 years of professional video editing experience
- Real estate editing experience preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut
- Knowledge of thumbnail designing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and social media editing styles
- Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield & Elevenlabs
- Fast, creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately
