Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in editing and producing marketing and advertising videos, and can turn ideas and scripts into compelling visual stories tailored to different social platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce video content from raw footage to final exports ready for publishing across social media and paid campaigns.
  • Work on marketing and advertising content (social media videos, paid ads, brand stories, promo videos) aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Understand directing and visual storytelling, and suggest shots, angles, pacing, and transitions that enhance the marketing message.
  • Use professional editing software to add motion graphics, sound effects, music, subtitles, and perform color correction and sound enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs and scripts into engaging video assets.
  • Create multiple versions and formats of each video optimized for platforms like Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other placements.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to speed up workflows (auto‑cutting, subtitles, ideation, audio enhancement, visual assets generation, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with video trends, social media formats, and best practices in performance‑driven video marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video editing and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing and advertising work.
  • Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of directing, shot composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Background or hands‑on experience in graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create and integrate on‑screen graphics and text.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms and paid campaigns, with awareness of aspect ratios, duration limits, and platform requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI tools related to video and design, and the ability to incorporate them into daily workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with marketers, designers, and content creators.
