Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our client as part of our content creation team. This role focuses on editing iPhone footage for social media, working closely with our top-performing brokers to bring their personal brands to life through engaging, high-quality content.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys fast-paced social editing, understands trends, and can make simple footage stand out through clean cuts, strong storytelling, and eye-catching graphics.
Core Responsibilities
- Edit short-form iPhone footage into polished, engaging social media videos.
- Work closely with the Content Creator Lead, who will act as the creative director and provide footage and direction.
- Create unique and personalized edits for each agent to reflect their individual tone, personality, and style.
- Add accurate subtitles, graphics, and on-screen text that enhance storytelling and retain viewer attention.
- Ensure correct spelling and consistency across all subtitles.
- Incorporate creative transitions, fonts, and branding that align with each agent's personal image.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, and editing styles.
- Manage multiple agent content requests and meet quick turnaround times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not required).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and social-first editing.
- Ability to add text, graphics, and effects that elevate content while keeping it authentic and clean.
- Attention to detail, especially with spelling and subtitles.
- Ability to work efficiently with feedback and maintain consistent output.
- Creative mindset with the ability to make each piece feel unique and personalised.
