Role Description The Video Editor role at Reach is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves editing video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative, social media, and marketing teams to understand project objectives, assemble raw footage, and produce polished videos. Daily tasks include selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, audio, graphics, and motion elements, and performing color grading to enhance visual quality. The role also involves managing file organization, meeting production deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to improve storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience assembling and refining footage into cohesive stories.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics to enhance videos for social media and advertising.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for digital and influencer-driven content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio showcasing video projects is required.
