Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality content for our real estate and corporate social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand current digital trends and be able to turn raw footage into professional videos that attract and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit property tours, promotional videos, recruitment content, interviews, events, and social media reels.
• Add music, subtitles, transitions, graphics, animations, and sound effects.
• Perform professional colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Organise and manage raw footage and completed video files.
• Work closely with the marketing team, videographers, and real estate advisors.
• Follow the company's branding and content guidelines.
• Manage several projects while meeting deadlines.
• Review videos and make revisions based on feedback.
• Keep up with the latest video-editing styles, tools, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably within real estate or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous video-editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Ability to create both short-form and long-form content.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
