About the Role:

We are building a high-performance content production unit for a fast-growing real estate brand.

We are looking for a hybrid operator who can shoot and edit content daily with speed and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot real estate content (properties, agents, events)
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Deliver content same day or next day
• Handle full content cycle (shoot edit deliver)

Requirements:

• Strong videography and editing skills
• Fast turnaround mindset
• Strong understanding of social media content
• Own camera equipment is a strong advantage
• Based in Dubai
