Videographer

Role Purpose

To create high-end cinematic content that elevates Casa Vista Development's luxury brand. This role combines professional videography with advanced AI filmmaking tools to produce project teasers, lifestyle films, brand reels, and event coverage. The Cinematic Content Creator ensures all visuals meet premium quality standards while supporting the marketing team with compelling storytelling and innovative creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, film, and edit premium cinematic content including project teasers, lifestyle films, brand reels, and event coverage.

• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve exceptional cinematic quality.

• Use Veo 3 to create AI generated cinematic storytelling, visual sequences, and enhanced scenes.

• Work with additional AI creative tools including Runway, Pika, Flow, Kaiber, and Midjourney for animation, enhancement, or visual effects.

• Edit, colour grade, and retouch footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain Casa Vista's luxury visual identity and storytelling style.

• Stay ahead of trends in AI filmmaking, CGI, luxury brand visuals, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of four years of professional videography experience, ideally within luxury real estate, lifestyle, or premium brand production.

• Proven portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematic storytelling and high end production quality.

• Experience working with AI tools for enhanced creative output.

Competencies & Skills

• Strong expertise in Veo 3 and AI based cinematic production

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop

• Mastery of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling

• Hands on experience with stabilised camera systems, drones, and professional production equipment

• Ability to conceptualise luxury narratives and translate them into compelling cinematic visuals

• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic precision
