Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Videographer to join our in house marketing team. The role requires a strong eye for composition, lighting, and framing, along with the ability to independently produce high quality, professional video content aligned with a premium real estate brand and current digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for marketing and brand communication
Capture high quality footage for property walkthroughs, site progress, events, interviews, and corporatecontent
Ensure proper use of camera angles, lighting, stabilisation, and composition to deliver polished visuals
Edit videos with attention to pacing, colour correction, sound, and overall visual quality
Work independently to manage shoots and deliverables while aligning with marketing objectives
Stay updated on videography, social media, and content trends, and apply them where relevant
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and brand standards
Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring optimal performance and care
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
Required Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years of professional videography experience in real estate
Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and shot composition
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
Ability to deliver professional grade videos with a refined and premium finish
Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
Ability to manage timelines and deliver content within agreed deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
