At Harbor Real Estate, we don't just sell properties we build brand experiences. We're looking for a highly creative and technically sharp Videographer cum Video Editor to join our growing team and bring our projects, agents, and campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling.
If you can shoot, edit, think in narratives, and move fast this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, events, corporate campaigns, and social media.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Handle lighting, audio setup, framing, and composition professionally.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, color correction, and sound design.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate business goals into visual content.
- Stay updated with content trends and propose creative ideas proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and algorithms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio required.
