As our key photographer / videographer, your role not only includes what the title suggests but also requires a creative mind, a strong personality, and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Develop high-quality video content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Produce platform-optimized content for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance production efficiency, editing workflows, and creative output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into impactful visual content.
• Ensure all video outputs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with approved budgets.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, production assets, and digital content libraries.
• Monitor content performance and optimize future productions based on analytics and engagement data.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring adherence to brand and communication guidelines.
• Support live event coverage, on-ground activations, and executive-level content when required.
• Manage external vendors (freelancers, studios, voiceover artists) when applicable.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI advancements, and digital production trends to continuously improve efficiency and output quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in a similar field

Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the same field

Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge in about Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and AI

Skills

• Excellent communication and creative designing Skills
