About the role

This role is essential to elevating Zed Capital's visual storytelling. By combining videography, editing, and animation skills, this position will produce high-quality project videos, agent content, property walk-throughs, lifestyle visuals, and promotional material that strengthen brand identity, enhance digital campaigns, and support lead generation across all marketing channels

Job Responsibilities:

Videography

1. Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality videos including property tours, events, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and social media footage.
2. Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
3. Ensure footage is visually appealing, well-framed, and aligned with brand standards.

Video Editing

4. Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, YouTube, websites, and internal use.

5. Create short-form, fast-paced content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid ads.

6. Enhance videos with color grading, transitions, music syncing, subtitles, and cleanup.

7. Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and storytelling across all outputs.

Animation & Motion Graphics

8. Design and integrate motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, and logo animations.

9. Produce animations for real estate explainer videos, launch teasers, and announcements.

10. Collaborate with designers to convert static visuals into animated content.

General

11. Organize and maintain media libraries, footage archives, and project files.

12. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and agent events.

13. Deliver content within tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

14. Stay updated with industry trends, shooting styles, and editing techniques.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in UAE in videography, editing, animation & motion graphics
3. Strong experience in videography, lighting, and audio setup.
4. Ability to shoot, edit, and animate for both long-form and short-form content.
5. Strong creative eye, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
7. Experience creating content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
