IMPORTANT NOTE: Only candidates with directly relevant education and experience in kids video shooting and directing will be considered.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Videographer with a proven portfolio of filming children in educational environments (preschools, private schools, learning centers).

This is not a general videography role.

You will be responsible for developing and executing story-driven video concepts that visually communicate the unique value, philosophy, and emotional impact of an elite private schools specifically for HNWI families in the UAE and the US.

You must be confident directing shoots involving young children, working respectfully within school environments, and capturing authentic moments while maintaining premium visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Storytelling

• Develop clear visual concepts that communicate Masterminds USPs through narrative-driven storytelling, not promotional or generic footage.
• Translate educational philosophy into emotionally compelling visual stories suitable for brand films, lead-generation campaigns, and premium digital platforms.

On-Site Videography & Direction

• Lead and direct on-site shoots involving:
• Preschool children
• Primary and school-age students
• Classroom activities and structured learning environments
• Confidently guide children, teachers, and staff during shoots while maintaining a calm, child-appropriate approach.
• Capture natural, authentic moments without disrupting learning or comfort.

Technical Execution

• Shoot high-quality video suitable for:
• Brand films
• Short-form storytelling content
• Digital campaigns and premium social media
• Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and sound in dynamic school environments.
• Work with multiple formats and aspect ratios while preserving a cinematic, refined aesthetic.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to align visuals with brand tone, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
• Adapt shooting style to support both UAE and US-facing content requirements.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience filming children in educational or learning environments (schools, nurseries, preschools, academies).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Storytelling-led video work
• Children-focused shoots
• Education or family-oriented environments
• Experience directing shoots with minors in a professional, calm, and structured manner.
• Ability to create visually refined content suitable for premium / private / HNWI-oriented brands.
• Full on-site availability in Dubai during scheduled shoot days.
• Professional-grade equipment and technical proficiency.

• Experience producing content for international audiences (UAE / US / global).
