We're Hiring: Videographer / Graphic Designer

Reports to:Head of Marketing

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and creating high-impact content that drives engagement and supports marketing and sales goals.

Primary Objective:

Create high-quality visual content that elevates the brand, drives engagement, and supports marketing & sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

A. Product Photography & Videography

• Execute professional product shoots (studio & lifestyle)
• Maintain consistency in lighting, angles, and brand aesthetic
• Produce product images for social media, website, and ads
• Create short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads

B. Photo & Video Editing

• Photo editing including color correction, retouching, and brand consistency
• Video editing with clean cuts, transitions, text overlays, and trend-aligned music
• Export content in multiple formats for different platforms

C. Graphic Design & Brand Consistency

• Design social media posts, stories, ad creatives, and promotional banners
• Follow brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and layouts
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms

D. Content Support for Marketing Campaigns

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and ad creatives
• Support seasonal promotions and campaign launches
• Adapt visuals based on performance feedback

E. Content Organization & Asset Management

• Organize and archive raw files, edited content, and campaign assets
• Ensure easy access for future use and content repurposing
