About the Role

Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to produce high-quality video content that showcases our property portfolio and strengthens our brand presence across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Working closely with our marketing team and sales agents, you will capture, edit, and deliver compelling property tours, promotional films, and social media content that drive engagement and support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional property videos, including residential and commercial listings, walkthroughs, and aerial footage.
  
• Produce engaging short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) aligned with the company's brand identity.
  
• Create agent profile videos, client testimonials, and corporate promotional material.
  
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment on location across Abu Dhabi.
  
• Capture aerial drone footage of properties and developments in compliance with UAE regulations.
  
• Edit footage with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and on-screen text to deliver polished final cuts.
  
• Manage post-production workflows and ensure timely delivery to meet listing and campaign deadlines.
  
• Maintain, organize, and safeguard video equipment and a well-structured media archive.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, video formats, and real estate marketing best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience; experience in real estate, property, or lifestyle content is an advantage.
  
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing capabilities.
  
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras (DSLR/mirrorless), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
  
• Solid grasp of videography fundamentals: composition, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  
• Working knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• GCAA-approved drone pilot certification and drone operation experience.
  
• A valid UAE driving license (required to travel between property locations).
  
• Experience with photography and photo editing (Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop).
  
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE real estate market.
