Videographer & Photographer Real Estate Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our marketing team at a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on real estate or architectural content experience and a strong technical understanding of visual production.
In this role, you will be responsible for capturing premium, high-impact video and photo content that highlights our properties, communities, amenities, and lifestyle experiences. Your work will directly support our marketing, sales, digital, and social media strategies, ensuring that all visual assets reflect our luxury brand standards.
Note: Post-production (editing, color grading, and motion graphics) will be handled by our in-house video editor; however, technical excellence in raw capture and shot execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Capture high-quality video and photography of residential and commercial properties, communities, architectural spaces, scale models, events, lifestyle scenes, sales teams, models, employees and influencers.
- Execute technically sound videography, including gimbal-stabilized shots, timelapses, hyperlapses, walk-throughs, drone footage, and cinematic sequences.
Pre-Production & Planning
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard content aligned with campaigns, launches, social media as per brand guidelines.
- Conduct location scouting, lighting assessments, and technical planning to ensure optimal shooting conditions.
- Manage on-site shoot logistics across various Dubai locations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and brand consistency.
Technical Execution
- Operate and maintain a range of professional equipment including DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, drones, lighting rigs, audio gear, and stabilizers.
- Ensure all captured footage meets technical requirements such as exposure, framing, white balance, color accuracy, and sharpness.
- Capture mobile-optimized vertical content for social media when required from the mobile phone.
Production Coordination
- Work in coordination with the in-house video editor by organizing and delivering raw footage, shot lists, and production notes.
- Maintain and manage equipment inventory, backups, media cards, batteries, and transport logistics.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, architectural accuracy, and premium quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience in real estate, architectural, or interior videography/photography in Dubai.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, technical precision, real estate walk-throughs and lifestyle storytelling.
- Proficient in operating professional cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), lighting setups, gimbals, and mobile content capture.
- Knowledge of shooting formats, frame rates, codecs, dynamic range, and color profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to tight deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive with strong visual judgment.
- Must be based in Dubai and available for shoots across various locations.
- UAE Driving license is an advantage.
