Videographer - Real Estate

Rocky Real Estate, an established and buyer-focused Dubai brokerage with a strong reputation since 1976, is seeking a creative and experienced Videographer to produce engaging visual content for its property listings and brand marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for a video professional with a strong eye for composition who understands how high-quality content can showcase properties and connect with audiences.

Working closely with the marketing team and real estate agents, the Videographer will plan, film and edit content for a range of digital channels. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple projects, adapting to different property styles and delivering polished videos in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Plan and film video content for residential and commercial real estate listings
• Capture property interiors, exteriors, amenities and surrounding areas using appropriate camera techniques
• Create video content for property tours, agent profiles, social media, marketing campaigns and company projects
• Work with agents and the marketing team to understand property features, target audiences and content requirements
• Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilisers and other production equipment
• Edit footage, add music, graphics, captions and branding, and prepare final videos in suitable formats
• Review and refine video content in response to feedback while maintaining agreed timelines
• Ensure all footage and final edits meet the company's quality and brand standards
• Organise, back up and maintain video files and project assets
• Keep up to date with video production techniques, equipment and social media content trends
• Coordinate shoot schedules and manage equipment to ensure filming runs efficiently

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a videographer, camera operator or video content creator
• Experience filming and editing property or real estate content is advantageous
• Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, exposure, lighting and audio recording
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, colour correction and sound editing
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at different stages
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Professional, punctual and comfortable working on location across Dubai
• Knowledge of photography, drone filming or motion graphics is advantageous
