Role Description The Videographer & Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and client projects. Daily tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing footage according to creative briefs, and assembling raw material into polished, engaging videos. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, maintain brand consistency, optimize videos for various platforms, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong video production skills, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
  • Candidates should possess hands-on camera operation skills, including proficiency with professional cameras and related accessories.
  • Candidates should possess practical lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
  • Candidates should possess skills in shooting video, with an eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Basic knowledge of audio recording and sound editing for video.
  • Ability to follow creative direction, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Relevant education or professional training in film, media, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing videography and editing work.
