As part of A1 Properties strategic growth and commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Villa Community Specialist to join our high-performing team, focused on the resale and leasing of villas across Dubai's established and emerging communities, including Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in sourcing, listing, and selling/leasing villas across Dubai's established and emerging communities, with a focus on Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley
- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM system
- Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to provide tailored villa recommendations
- Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closures
- Provide expert guidance on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value across these communities
- Advise clients on investment strategies, capital appreciation, and long-term asset growth
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectively
- Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high-net-worth clients
- Stay current on villa market trends, pricing shifts, and off-market opportunities within these key communities
- Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, with a focus on villas and/or secondary market transactions, ideally with exposure to Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches, or The Valley
- RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
- Solid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulations
- Confidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultations
- Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and capable of closing deals independently
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
