Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end villa leasing cycle across major Dubai communities
- Source and manage villa listings, conduct viewings, negotiate, and close deals
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure accurate leasing documentation (MOU, Ejari, contracts)
- Promote listings via property portals, social media, and company channels
- Achieve monthly leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience (Dubai market)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai villa communities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
