Job Description: We are looking for a professional VIP Customer Success Specialist to support our key users and ensure a superior experience.

  • User Support: Provide timely and effective resolutions to user inquiries and technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong professional relationships with active VIP users, enhancing VIP user engagement and stickiness through high-quality service.
  • Experience Improvement: Collect and analyze user feedback to provide valuable insights to the product team, aiding in the development of operational strategies.
  • Community Management: Maintain a positive and healthy environment within the app, handling complaints with professionalism that reflects company values.

Requirements:

  • Cultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of the culture and user habits in the MENA region.
  • Skills: Interest in the gaming industry with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, with high levels of patience and empathy to resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Language: Full Professional Proficiency in Arabic; working proficiency in English or Chinese.

Note: This position requires candidates to have high-net-worth customer service experience and exceptionally high emotional intelligence, capable of independently handling and resolving problems.
