The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a VIP Flight Attendant to join our operations on Falcon 7X, within a high-demand charter environment.
This role is designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-leg operations, delivering seamless, discreet, and highly personalized service to an international UHNW clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and well-being at all times
- Deliver refined, discreet, and adaptable VIP service
- Manage end-to-end premium catering (sourcing, coordination, presentation)
- Maintain exceptional cabin standards under high rotation
- Oversee inventory control and operational readiness
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations
Profile
- Proven experience as a Corporate / VIP Flight Attendant in charter operations
- Strong ability to perform in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- High level of autonomy, especially in catering management
- Excellent anticipation skills and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Discreet, polished, and highly professional presentation
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to operate on a floating base internationall

- Roster: 15 ON / 15 OFF
- Base: Dubai or flexible (depending on operational requirements)
