Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Develop and refine the VIP program, enhancing engagement, exclusivity, and profitability.

  • Use analytics to track trends, identify opportunities, and manage customer risk.

  • Lead and mentor the VIP team to deliver consistent, high-quality support and achieve CS KPIs and immerse them in the company culture

  • Collaborate with internal departments to align VIP initiatives with overall brand strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

  • Partner with Product and Casino Content teams to align VIP offers with new game launches and feature releases.

  • Monitor and report on crypto transaction behaviors (wallet activity, token usage, deposit frequency) to inform segmentation.

  • Manage VIP-driven feedback loops for new content, feeding insights into game performance and player preferences.


Experience:



  • Minimum 57 years experience in VIP or high-value customer management, CRM, or account management, ideally within gaming, hospitality, luxury retail, or entertainment sectors

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful VIP or loyalty strategies that drive measurable retention and revenue growth.

  • Experience managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in event planning, client engagement, and relationship-building at senior levels.

  • Prior experience in a crypto-enabled environment, fintech, or digital asset ecosystem preferred.

  • Familiarity with casino game content portfolios, RTP performance, and player segmentation by game type.
