Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Data Entry Clerk to support our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across internal systems while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

This position is essential to maintaining accurate records, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring that information is processed efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into company databases and software systems

Review documents, applications, and records for accuracy and completeness

Process administrative forms, invoices, and related documentation

Maintain organized digital filing systems and electronic records

Identify data discrepancies and report or resolve issues promptly

Generate basic reports and provide data summaries as requested

Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow

Follow established data entry procedures and quality control standards

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information

Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

12 years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred

Strong typing skills with high accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
