Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Data Entry Clerk (Remote) to support daily operations through accurate data entry and organized administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Recordkeeping
Accurately input, update, and maintain records across company databases and systems
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and resolve errors promptly
Perform routine quality checks and data audits
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to team members and management
Manage email communications and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials
Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeeping
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and business correspondence
Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates
Operational Assistance
Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in maintaining procedural documentation and system updates
Support cross-functional teams with data and document requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
13 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or database management systems
