Job Title: Virtual Administrative Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Data Entry Clerk to support data management and administrative operations in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently within a virtual team structure.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review source documents to verify accuracy and completeness before entry.
Identify and correct data discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation in structured formats.
Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by management.
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, email management, and record tracking.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and administrative tasks.
Support additional operational duties as required.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business education is an advantage.
Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, or Google Workspace tools.
Basic understanding of database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home workspace.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting organizations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
Familiarity with document management systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Strong communication skills and proactive work approach.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure successful performance.
