We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant – Property Management & Lettings Coordinator to remotely support our property management company clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working with property managers, property owners, tenants, and applicants.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position
- 4 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM UK Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenancy agreements and assist with lettings administration
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and applicants
- Answer and make phone calls to tenants and clients
- Assist tenants with Universal Credit and rent-related follow-ups
- Follow up with tenants regarding required information and verification codes
- Track rent payments and assist with arrears follow-up
- Update property records and maintain accurate data in client systems
- Assist with tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
- Prepare simple reports for client management teams
- Respond to emails and daily inquiries promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, or virtual assistance (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with tenants over the phone
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working during UK business hours
- Stable internet connection
