• 15+ yrs
• VMware Certified
• Strong hands-on expertise in VMware virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DR, operations)
• Private cloud implementation and day-to-day operations
• Experience supporting microservices platforms running on private cloud infrastructure
• Proven background in operations, troubleshooting, and platform stability, not only design or presales
• Ability to work in a production, mission-critical environment
