Job Title: Visa Consultant
Location: Ajman, UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Support: Advise clients on visa types (tourist, business, work, etc.), eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and costs.
- Application Management: Assist clients in collecting and preparing all necessary documentation (passports, photos, financial records, invitation letters, etc.) and ensure accuracy to reduce rejections.
- Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to submit applications, track status, and follow up when needed.
- Status Communication: Keep clients updated on application progress and promptly communicate any additional requirements or updates.
- Problem Resolution: Address complications such as delays, missing documents, or rejections with poise and efficiency.
- Regulation Monitoring: Stay current with visa regulations and travel advisories to ensure accurate guidance.
- Coordination with Travel Team: Work closely with ticketing and itinerary teams to ensure visa processing aligns with travel bookings.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and clarity at every stage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, International Relations, Law, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in visa consulting.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of visa laws, documentation requirements, and UAE-specific visa procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; fluency in Arabic and additional languages is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring accurate application submission and minimizing errors.
- Organizational Ability: Capable of managing multiple clients and workflows concurrently.
- Adaptability: Able to work under pressure, flexible shifts, and changing regulatory environments.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with visa processing software, booking systems, and MS Office.
