Visa Consultant (Russian speakers)

Role Description 

The Visa Consultant (Russian speakers) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. The consultant will advise clients on visa options and requirements, focusing on visa processes primarily  for Russian-speaking applicants. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation, preparing and submitting visa applications, coordinating appointments, and tracking application status. The role involves communicating clearly with clients, explaining complex procedures, and providing updates in both English and Russian. The consultant will also collaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate information, maintain records, and uphold service standards.

Primary requirements:

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in Russian and English for client-facing interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset with a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for documentation and case tracking.
• Travel, tourism, visa or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's in any degree
