Visa Consultant

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services.

* Hands-on experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada visas.

* Good knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, appointments, and application procedures.

* Strong client consultation and communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

* Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and document management systems.

Processing Targets

* Process approximately 15–20 visa applications per week, depending on case complexity.

* Review documents and respond to clients within 24 hours.

* Maintain at least 98% accuracy in applications and documentation.

* Ensure applications and follow-ups are completed within required deadlines.

* Keep all client and application records accurate and up to date.
