WE ARE HIRING | VISA OFFICER / IMMIGRATION SPECIALIST – DUBAI

Díaz & Asociados is expanding its international team and is looking for a Visa Officer / Immigration Specialist to join our office in Dubai.

We are seeking a proactive and organised professional with hands-on experience managing UAE immigration and residency procedures for foreign nationals, with a strong focus on Dubai.

Main responsibilities:

Manage immigration and residency applications for employees, professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, company partners, freelancers and family members.
Handle different UAE residence categories, including:
Employment / Work Residence Visas
Investor & Partner Visas
Green Residence
Golden Residence
Family Sponsorship & Dependant Visas
Freelance / Self-Employment Residence
Virtual / Remote Work Residence
Property Owner Residence Visas
Manage new applications, renewals, cancellations and status changes.
Coordinate procedures related to Emirates ID, medical fitness and residency formalities.
Prepare, review and submit applications and supporting documentation before the relevant UAE authorities and government platforms.
Liaise with clients, government authorities and service providers throughout the immigration process.
Advise international clients on the documentation and procedural requirements applicable to their residence applications.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that all applications comply with applicable deadlines and immigration requirements.

Requirements:

1–3 years of relevant professional experience in UAE immigration, visa processing or residency services.
Demonstrable experience independently handling residence applications for foreign nationals in Dubai/UAE.
Fluent Arabic and English.
Must be currently residing in Dubai.
Strong organisational and client-management skills.
Ability to manage several immigration files simultaneously and follow them through to completion.

Highly valued:

Experience with investor and partner immigration procedures.
Knowledge of UAE company formation, business setup or corporate/commercial matters.
Previous experience working for a law firm, immigration consultancy, PRO services company, corporate services provider or business setup consultancy.
