Position Summary

The School of Arts and Sciences invites applications for aVisiting Faculty position in Professional Ethics. Candidates should demonstrate strong teaching experience in ethics, or similar humanities courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging undergraduate courses in Professional Ethics and related subjects.
  
• Develop, update, and revise course syllabi, learning materials, and assessments.
• Incorporate contemporary ethical issues, case studies, and real-world professional scenarios into teaching.
• Apply interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies to promote critical thinking and ethical reasoning.
• Integrate relevant professional standards, ethical frameworks, and codes of conduct into course content.

Qualifications:

• PhD in English, Literature, or Philosophy
• Experience in teaching ethics, or similar humanities courses
• University teaching experience in degree level programs
• Familiarity with Kuwait educational context

Experience:

• University Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)
