What would you do

The Media & Graphics Associate Manager drives creative strategy, manages design teams, and ensures innovation in delivering impactful L&D solutions. They balance people management with creative leadership.
Talent Development process
Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural)
Good knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design.
Deep expertise in either UX UI tools (Figma, XD) or Motion 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, Unreal).
Expertise in driving design strategy
Strong understanding of L&D media workflows,
Knowledge of AI AR VR in learning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. What are we looking for
12 to 15 years of experience in graphic design Animations with, project ownership
Understanding of L&D industry is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple design teams and oversee project delivery.
Partner with clients to define design strategy for L&D programs.
Introduce new tools, methods, and innovations in visual and motion design.
Coach and mentor future design leaders.
