Job Description

Develop high-quality photorealistic architectural visualizations using 3Ds Max with Corona and V-Ray renderers.
Create presentation boards, concept visuals, and graphic content using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Interpret architectural drawings and 3D models to generate renders that capture both aesthetic and technical design aspects.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to produce visuals that align with project goals and timelines.
Refine and enhance renders with post-production techniques.
Manage and organize 3D assets, materials, and texture libraries for ongoing and future projects.
Stay up-to-date with visualization trends and new tools, including AI-based tools, and integrate them into the workflow where relevant.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or design studios.
2–5 years of proven experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.
Expert proficiency in 3Ds Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.
Strong working knowledge of Corona Renderer and V-Ray.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for post-production and visual presentations.
A sharp eye for visual composition, lighting, and architectural detailing.
Solid architectural design understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a strong plus.
Familiarity or experience using AI tools (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concept development) is highly desirable.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
