Egybell is hiring a Country Visual Merchandiser for an international fashion brand located in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Visual Merchandising (HOVM) by executing key visual merchandising activities to drive sales and maintain brand standards.
- Handle window installations and set up in-store product displays.
- Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers for store needs.
- Keep track of current store stock and provide feedback on stock and product movement to help boost sales.
- Plan and follow up on product displays based on weekly sales and sell-through reports to maximize sales at checkout.
- Visit stores regularly with the Operations team to review and plan visual merchandising activities and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Prepare and share store visit reports with senior management.
- Attend weekly visual merchandising meetings with teams from other countries.
- Suggest store maintenance and lighting improvements to create a better shopping experience and drive sales.
- Train and guide store staff on effective product displays and promotional setups according to brand guidelines.
- Provide creative solutions for visual merchandising in case of any governmental or social restrictions, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as AVM for reputable Fashion brands
Fashion background with over 6 years in VM
Very good English skills, written and spoken
Proven experience dealing with suppliers, placing orders
Must have basic skills in Office (PPT & Excel)
