Position - Visual Merchandiser Team Lead

Reporting To - Band Manager

Job Purpose:

Execute merchandising strategies to capture consumer attention by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the store's merchandise and promotional equipment in a visually appealing and aesthetic manner

in accordance with brand's visual merchandising guidelines and layout.

• Contribute towards increasing sales through the strategic placement of merchandise in retail stores to get

buyer's attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience.

• Install signs, sale banners, panels, and other items required for special events, clearance events, and other events.

• Move & arrange display items from back inventory rooms, to the store displays.

• Capture pictures of visual displays upon installation to include in completion report.

• Keep abreast of the latest visual and marketing strategy being implemented in the market.

• Train in-store staff about visual merchandising displays.

• Execute seasonal launches, promotions, and campaign installations.

• Monitor store compliance with visual merchandising principles and provide corrective actions.

Experience:

• Basic understanding of design and basic retail knowledge.

• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.

Academic Qualifications and Certification:

• At least completed secondary school; diploma or higher is preferred.

Job Specific Skills:

• Ability to efficiently implement brand guidelines to in-store visual displays.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
