LICHI is a rapidly growing women's clothing brand founded in 2012. The design bureau is located in the very center of Europe, Frankfurt am Main. The brand conducts its business through a network of offline stores, own online store lichi.com, as well as marketplaces and partner stores worldwide.

Visual Merchandiser requirements:

• Window display and shop floor decoration;
• Work with sales reports, analysis and adaptation of visual presentation;
• Control of the availability of goods in the shop floor and the safety of VM equipment;
• Preparing the store for campaigns, collections and special promotions;
• Daily monitoring of the availability of up-to-date POS materials;
• Training of store employees in the principles of visual merchandising;
• Work in the shop floor with customers if necessary;
• Weekly photo report, as well as photo preparation for social media.
