Role Overview
The Visualization Lead will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in modern, interactive data visualization best practices for web and application deployment and the ability to automate and streamline visualization workflows. The ideal candidate will create dynamic, interactive visual solutions, high-impact presentations, dashboards, and analytic reports to support the business across multiple programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Design & Storytelling
- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations, templates, and visual layouts aligned with brand and global best practices.
- Convert raw data and insights into visually engaging stories that are easy to understand and present.
- Build complex presentation structures, charts, and interactive elements directly within PowerPoint (essential requirement).
Interactive Data Visualization & Development
- Develop clear, intuitive, and innovative data visualizations, dashboards, charts, and reports optimized for web and internal applications.
- Apply best practice data visualization principles to ensure accuracy, readability, and impact.
- Create new chart formats, custom visuals, and analytics views for internal and client-facing reports.
- Build interactive dashboards and visual elements to support advanced reporting requirements.
Automation & Workflow Efficiency
- Automate data visualization workflows to streamline reporting processes and increase efficiency.
- Support data migration activities and ensure consistency and accuracy of visual outputs across platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate visualization workflows with data pipelines where needed.
Analytics & Program Performance
- Prepare performance analytics, KPIs, and reporting structures for each program and initiative.
- Utilize historical data and forward-looking metrics to support future-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accurate data interpretation and consistency across all reporting formats.
Project Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with analytics, media, research, and commercial teams on media projects, client projects, and internal initiatives.
- Manage visualization requests for large datasets, including those handled through Megabyte or similar platforms.
- Present visual concepts and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and business relevance.
- Support project delivery by providing high-quality visual assets, storytelling frameworks, and data-driven narratives.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Expertise in interactive data visualization tools/libraries (e.g., JavaScript libraries like D3.js, Plotly, or similar web-based platforms).
- Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools and workflows related to visualization.
- Understanding of data migration processes and working with large datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Illustrator, or similar) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation design capability.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation in design.
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in data visualization, presentation design, analytics, or related fields.
- Proven experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and templates (critical requirement).
- Proven experience developing interactive, web-based data visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience working with media, analytics, or data-heavy projects preferred.
- Work location: Dubai, London, or Malta (flexible).
