Job Description
Able to Prepare Concept / Presentation design and Detailed drawings for all types of buildings.
Handle the preparation of working drawings for authorities submission, appointment, and coordination.
Coordination within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Graduate with Bachelor s Degree in Architecture.
With a minimum of 3 years (up to 5 years) post-graduate experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy in Dubai - UAE.
knowledgeable in Dubai - Building Code & Regulations and with experience using the authorities portal (DM, RTA, DDA, Trakhees..) for online project submission & coordination is preferred.
Knowledgeable in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (Intermediate level), Sketch Up, Lumion & others
